- North Laine – a vibrant, creative area of small streets with independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Average 10-15 minutes’ walk from Kings.
- Brighton Centre – stay in the heart of the city, usually 15-20 minutes’ walk from Kings.
- Hanover – a lovely residential area of small, brightly coloured houses and traditional local shops and pubs, 15 minutes’ walk from Kings.
- Brighton Beach – often more expensive but beautiful sea views from many properties. Average 15-20 minutes’ walk to Kings.
